Our Football Team 2022-23

Congratulations to this year’s football team who came 2nd in the league and 5th in the Championship! All the boys have shown real determination and sportsmanship throughout both football training and their matches and were praised by many who had witnessed their kind and thoughtfulness of their opponents on the pitch! The children have proved to themselves and others that if you work hard and work well as a team you can go far and achieve your goals! As a school we are super proud of each and every one of them and we hope to see this team achieve bigger and better things in the future! Also, a big thank you to parents who have helped support us along the way.

There are numerous benefits to inter-generational activities including: mobility for older people, social aspects of meeting others, spending time with younger children, building confidence and resilience of our children, developing their social communication skills, a real sense of enjoyment and fun for everyone and positive impact on the mental health & well-being of all involved.
