On Thursday 22nd October 2015, M&M Productions attended our school to deliver an outstanding performance of ‘Oliver Twist’. M&M are a very professional company who bring with them a wealth of experience in delivering theatre in schools. The props, scenery, costumes and acting were all brilliant. Children from Year 2 up to Year 6 watched the play and thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Following the performance children in class 3 took part in a workshop, exploring the more technical aspects of putting on such a show. They learnt about special effects, lighting and sound.
M&M Productions are an expensive experience for our children but the value they bring is immeasurable and we are hoping to secure external funding in order to enable us to offer this experience again next year.
