On Thursday 28th April, Phillip Mason, Deacon Sue and a team of volunteers spent all day working in school with our children. The theme was: St. George’s Day. They ran various activities which included, biscuit making, decorating swords, making flags and fire breathing dragons!. It was a great way for the children to learn the story of St. George. During the story we had an unexpected visitor – the dragon! Everyone had lots of fun and it was a lovely way to promote the activities of Messy Church in a positive and engaging way.
