Our new school meal provider (Chartwells) has had a huge delivery of food which is unreturnable. They have very kindly offered the food for our families and staff.
Almost all of our team are planning to take a bag of food and I myself intend to make a vat of soup to freeze for the winter!
Please help us to ensure that this food is not wasted – this would be a tragedy.
We have:
Broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, apples and pineapples available.
Any food left will be donated to the Stanhope Food Bank.
Please take advantage of this extremely kind offer from Chartwells. If you would like a large bag of food please contact the school office and a bag will be made up for you to collect from the main entrance.
