This week the children have been learning a well-loved past time of some of our staff. Some of you may remember sitting for hours winding wool around a cardboard disk then cutting it in half to create a pompom..
Our children were entranced. It was a very restful activity and a lovely calming thing to do. All of the staff wanted a go, too.
The pompoms were then made into beautiful, cute chicks with googly eyes, wings and all manner of characteristics.
