On Friday, 1 March 2019, the Friends of Stanhope Barrington C of E Primary School hosted a Ceilidh at St Thomas’ Church Hall. The Ceilidh was a huge success and raised £510! All money raised goes towards subsidising school trips for the children at school. Thank you to Dorothy MacDonald and her two daughters (former pupils at Stanhope Barrington) that catered the event with delicious food. Thank you also goes to the parents, staff and Governors that put this event together and supervised the tombola, raffle and cake stands. Special thanks also goes to The Elgish Experience for providing the music and for calling the Ceilidh.
