Stanhope Barrington C of E Primary School’s card of condolence was laid amongst the floral tributes to the late HM Queen, Elizabeth II in Green Park, London on Saturday, 17 September 2022. It was a beautiful morning in London with quiet crowds reflecting on a long life that was lived entirely in the service of others. Whether it was her family, the nation, the Commonwealth, even the whole world, she worked to bring people and nations together in community. She was a beautiful example of kindness, fellowship and confidence and we will look to her example to inspire us into the future.
