On Wednesday 19th October 2016, Class 3 took part in A Play In A Day facilitated by Lisa from the Lynx Theatre Group. The children spent all day doing drama activities and putting together a performance called ‘Happy Birthday Grandpa’. The performance tied in with our current creative curriculum theme of ‘The Decades’ and reinforced facts from the 1940’s onwards.
At 2.45pm the rest of the school and many parents and grandparents attended to watch the show. As always, it was amazing! It was fantastic to see children show so much confidence in their performance and it was lovely to see them working together as a team to achieve the final result.
