Keeping fit and its on the clock. This week our children have taken part in a Mini Olympics obstacle course on the school field. It was a sunny day and we decided to get the sports equipment out for everyone to have lots of fun with. The children ran, jumped and dribbled trough cones with hockey sticks and balls. Throughout the morning more activities continued and the children had a fabulous time throwing and catching, spinning hoops and basically enjoying themselves with massive smiles on their faces whilst the older children made sure everything was timed as it would be in real life. This activity threw up lots scientific questions, especially based around fair testing and keeping things the same for everyone. It was a great day and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Just another successful and creative idea from our wonderful staff.
